This forum helpt me already with lots of information.
I am looking for specialists who can tell me about the family Wicart and De la Fontaine dit Wicart in the periode ca 1600-1670, came to the Netherlands, regio Amsterdam and Utrecht.
In my genealogyprogram I put the information I found, and noticed that the name in the same family are used as Fontaine, Delafontaine and Wicart.
The reason is: Andries Wicart, who came from FRance, married 1688 in Utrecht,

in his line the famous Dutch landscape painter Nicolaas Wicart 1748-1815 (IV-c) and his daugther Anna Christina who had 16 children and was not married.
I want to find a connection to Andries, but dont know where to look. In the same periode, the brothers Philippe et Jean cam from Valenciennes to Amsterdam, also mentioned in the document of Catherine Trigault, bij Mr De Vos. I think there must be an connection to both families.
I think that Philippe and Jean are the grandchildren of Louis de la Fontaine dit Wicart 1522-1587.

I noticed in the information at BNF that the name of De la Fontaine dit Wicart or Wicart, the most is mentioned in Valenciennes. Maby also outside that place.
